68 Lawyers Elevated to Senior Advocate of Nigeria Rank

The Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) has elevated 68 legal practitioners to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). This decision was made during the LPPC's 174th plenary session held on Thursday in Abuja, with Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, presiding over the meeting.

The announcement was communicated through a statement issued by Kabir Akan, the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Secretary of the LPPC. The elevation recognizes the significant contributions of these newly appointed Senior Advocates to the legal profession and scholarship in Nigeria, placing them among the highest-ranking legal practitioners in the country.
