NAFDAC Releases List of 101 Products Withdrawn in Nigeria

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has released a list of 101 products that have been withdrawn, suspended, or canceled in Nigeria. These products, including various tablets, eye drops, suspensions, and injections, are no longer permitted for manufacture, importation, distribution, or sale in the country.

NAFDAC emphasized that the affected products do not meet the necessary standards for safety and quality, prompting their removal from the market. The agency urged stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and food sectors to comply with the decision and take note of the products that are no longer authorized for use in Nigeria.
