APC Elects New National Executives at Abuja Convention

The All Progressives Congress (APC) conducted its 4th national convention on Friday night at Eagle Square, Abuja, where a new set of national executives was elected. Professor Nentaw Yilwatda was re-elected as the national chairman, while Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru emerged as the national secretary.

The convention was organized by an election committee and attended by prominent party leaders, including President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abba. Other elected officials include Ali Bukar Dalori as deputy national chairman (North), Dr.

Benjamin Obi Nwoy as deputy national chairman (South), and various other roles such as national treasurer and national welfare secretary. The event gathered party leaders and delegates from across the country to steer the affairs of the APC.
