Gbajabiamila Praises Enikanolaiye as Minister-Designate

Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, eulogized Sola Enikanolaiye, the Minister of State-designate for Foreign Affairs, during a send-off ceremony at the State House in Abuja. Gbajabiamila expressed confidence in Enikanolaiye's ability to excel in his new role, noting his distinguished career as a career diplomat and former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Enikanolaiye, who served as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Relations, was appointed by President Bola Tinubu on April 29. Gbajabiamila commended Enikanolaiye for his exemplary work ethic and dedication, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect and a positive work environment.

Enikanolaiye, a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University with a first-class degree in Political Science, has over 35 years of distinguished service in the nation’s diplomatic corps, having retired on August 4, 2017.
