Nigerian Cashew Association Denies Endorsing GMOs in Roadmap

Dr. Ojo Ajanaku emphasized the need for a transparent review process involving stakeholders to ensure the roadmap reflects the industry's aspirations.

NCAN insists on a thorough review by the Technical Working Group to maintain credibility and sustainability in the cashew sector. The delay in finalizing the roadmap is attributed to the necessary harmonization process to address the concerns of farmers and processors.
