Gombe Governor Yahaya Presents INEC Forms to APC Candidates

On a recent occasion, Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya formally presented Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination forms to All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates for the state assembly. This event marks the party's preparations for the upcoming 2027 general elections.

During the ceremony held at the banquet hall of the Government House in Gombe, Governor Yahaya acknowledged the completion and submission of nomination forms in accordance with electoral guidelines. He congratulated the candidates emerging from the party's primary elections, describing the process as peaceful, transparent, and credible.

Yahaya urged party leaders and candidates to unite and intensify grassroots mobilization efforts to ensure victory for APC and its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu. He also emphasized the importance of showcasing the achievements of Tinubu's administration.

Other notable attendees included APC candidates Jamilu Gwamna, Usman Kumo, and Abubakar Luggerewo, who expressed confidence in Yahaya's leadership and the party's ability to secure a landslide victory in the 2027 elections.
