Fintiri Urges Adamawa Officials on Discipline and Teamwork

During the closing ceremony of a training program for Adamawa State officials, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri emphasized the importance of discipline and teamwork in public service. The training, organized by Veriti Consult and conducted at the Adamawa State Government House, aimed to build capacity and improve service delivery across various ministries and departments.

Dr. Amo Edgar, the Chief of Staff to the Governor, charged participants to apply the knowledge gained to enhance their professional conduct.

The training covered essential modules, including protocol, interpersonal relationship skills, and time management. Fintiri highlighted that the quality of governance is directly linked to the competency of the workforce and called for stronger inter-agency collaboration.

He urged officials to demonstrate integrity, punctuality, and respect in their dealings with citizens and colleagues. The program concluded with a commitment to uphold the values of discipline and teamwork among government officials.
