Fintiri Promises Action Against Same-Sex Activities in Adamawa

Ahmadu Fintiri, the Governor of Adamawa State, has pledged to respond decisively to the alleged rise of same-sex activities within the state. His remarks were made during a visit to the northern town of Mubi.

Fintiri stated that the administration will not condone such acts and is committed to upholding the law, cultural values, and social norms that reflect the beliefs and traditions of the people of Adamawa State. He further addressed the need for collective participation from various segments of society, including parents and religious leaders, to provide moral guidance and character development for the youth, thereby safeguarding societal values.
