Zamfara State Governor Appoints Ex-AIG Dalijan as New Commandant to Tackle Security Challenges

Zamfara State Governor, Lawal, has appointed retired AIG Muhammad Shehu Dalijan as the new Commandant of the Zamfara State Command of the Community Police Guard. The appointment aims to address security challenges, particularly banditry, in the state.

Dalijan brings 30 years of experience in policing and security management, having served in various strategic positions across Nigeria. His expertise in community-based policing and counter-terrorism operations is expected to bolster security efforts in Zamfara.
