Otu and NOAH ReGen Discuss PPP for Cross River Development

Governor Senator Bassey Otu of Cross River State held high-level discussions with representatives from NOAH ReGen, including Freder Degret and Jennifer Warren, to explore a strategic public-private partnership (PPP) framework for two significant development projects. The meeting took place at the governor's private residence in Abuja and focused on the Calabar Atlantic Coastal City Project and an integrated food security and agro-industrial development initiative.

Governor Otu emphasized that the proposed partnership aligns with his administration's vision for sustainable economic diversification and environmental stewardship. He noted the importance of leveraging private sector expertise and international partnerships to accelerate development outcomes.

Freder Degret, Chief Executive Officer of NOAH ReGen, commended Otu's leadership and expressed confidence in the state's potential to serve as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth.
