Kano Stakeholders Contribute N50m for Tinubu's 2027 Bid

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and former APC national chairman Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, along with other stakeholders, have collectively pledged N50 million towards the purchase of nomination forms for Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in the 2027 general elections. This decision was made during a high-level stakeholders' meeting held at the Coronation Hall in the Kano Government House, where the party leaders unanimously adopted Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate for the APC.

The meeting, which included significant contributions from various party members, aimed to strengthen unity and cohesion within the party in Kano State. Kano State APC chairman Umar Haruna Doguwa disclosed that the state chapter intends to purchase the nomination form outright, rather than merely providing financial support for Tinubu's candidacy.

The stakeholders expressed their confidence in Tinubu's leadership and ongoing reforms, emphasizing their commitment to ensuring the party's success in the upcoming elections.
