Kano Governor Launches N800m Youth Empowerment Programme for Entrepreneurship

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State launched an N800 million Youth Empowerment Programme to promote self-reliance among the youth. The initiative aims to support young entrepreneurs by providing funds to start businesses.

Beneficiaries from 44 local government areas received financial assistance to kickstart their ventures. Governor Yusuf commended the beneficiaries for their patience and assured them of continuous support.

He emphasized the program's goal of empowering youth to contribute to the state's development. The governor promised the release of a second tranche of funds soon and encouraged beneficiaries to utilize the support for business growth and a secure future.
