Kano State Governor Empowers 5,200 Women with N50,000 Each for Economic Inclusion

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State launched an initiative to empower 5,200 women with N50,000 each from 44 local government areas. The program focuses on promoting economic inclusivity, strengthening small-scale enterprises, and fostering self-reliance among vulnerable women.

The initiative was commended by Hajiya Saadatu Yusha'u of ALGON for prioritizing women's welfare and economic growth. The funds are intended to help women expand their businesses, stabilize households, and contribute meaningfully to the state's economy.
