Governor Adeleke Mentions "Pharaohs" Against Him, Speaks on Osun 2026 Election

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State expressed confidence in his administration and the Peoples Democratic Party's ability to overcome challenges in the upcoming 2026 election. Adeleke, who recently returned from a vacation in the United States, spoke at a reception organized in his honor, where he boasted about transforming the state and restoring hope to its people since assuming office in 2022.

He urged Osun residents and PDP members to participate in the ongoing voter registration process and continue mobilizing support for the party. Adeleke also mentioned his refusal to return to the past and declared that he would always overcome challenges.

Additionally, he recently declared his support for Bola Tinubu's ambition, sparking rumors of a potential alliance for the 2026 governorship election. Governor Adeleke defeated the incumbent in the 2022 election and is gearing up for the next electoral battle.
