Niger State Governor Umar Bago Sacks Political Appointees, Retains Key Officials

Governor Umar Bago of Niger State has relieved political appointees of their duties, including a commissioner, special adviser, special assistant, and others, while retaining the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and other key officials. The decision was made during a State Executive Council meeting in Minna.

The Governor appreciated the services of those relieved of their positions and wished them well in their future endeavors. The move aims to restructure the state's leadership team.
