Governor Kefas Leads Delegation to Cameroon for Security Cooperation

Governor Kefas, alongside Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and Senator Yahaya Abdullahi, led a high-powered delegation to Cameroon for a security assessment mission aimed at enhancing intelligence sharing and operational synergy along Nigeria's international borders. The delegation, comprising security and intelligence officials, discussed strategies to combat cross-border threats and reinforce Nigeria's territorial integrity.

The mission also aimed to address recent criminal activities, including kidnappings and ransom demands in Taraba State. The Nigerian Army's successful apprehension of suspects linked to a criminal network was highlighted during the visit.
