Kogi Governor Ododo Promises Enhanced Healthcare and Security

Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo has committed to delivering more dividends of democracy to the citizens of Kogi State. He announced the commissioning of 80 primary healthcare centers across the state and emphasized the need for personnel to support these facilities.

Additionally, he plans to engage 30,000 adolescent school girls and renovate 700 public schools to enhance academic activities. The governor also mentioned the completion of 20 kilometers of road across 21 local government councils to facilitate economic activities.

Furthermore, he revealed that 4,000 hectares of land have been acquired to establish a free trade zone for investors. In terms of security, Governor Ododo disclosed the procurement of a combined drone for security personnel and the revival of local vigilante groups to complement police efforts.

He urged citizens to remain peaceful and law-abiding while enjoying the dividends of democracy provided by the state government.
