Nigerian Deputy Speaker Urges Governors' Support for Constitution Review Process

During a visit to Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, stressed the importance of Nigerian governors' support for the ongoing constitution review process.

Kalu expressed gratitude to the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) for their engagement and highlighted the need for their assistance in fast-tracking the review process. He outlined the committee's efforts to empower local governments, streamline electoral justice, and enhance women's participation in governance.

Governor Mbah commended Kalu for simplifying the process and promoting participatory democracy.
