GFMC Endorses Pantami for Gombe Governorship Election

The Gombe Forward Movement Concepts (GFMC) has officially endorsed Prof. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami as its preferred candidate for the 2027 Gombe state governorship election. This announcement was made by the group, led by Ms. Monica Yahaya Kaltho, during the unveiling of GFMC on Sunday.

Ms. Kaltho, a former governorship aspirant from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), decided to step down from the contest to support Prof. Pantami, emphasizing the importance of political unity and the collective interest of Gombe state. GFMC stated that its support for Pantami is rooted in a grassroots structure that includes women, youths, community leaders, and other stakeholders across Gombe state.

The organization aims to mobilize citizens for the upcoming election and focuses on empowering women, equipping youths, and elevating communities. GFMC believes that Pantami's extensive experience in public service, education, technology, and national development will significantly contribute to the state's human capital development and inclusive growth.
