Guinness Nigeria Plc Q4 2026 Unaudited Results Approved

Guinness Nigeria Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors met on 22 July 2026 and approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The statements are scheduled to be filed with regulators and released to the public through the NGX issuers' portal on or before 23 July 2026.
Guinness Nigeria Plc notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public on 22 July 2026 that its Board of Directors held a meeting on the same date and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
The company stated that the approved Unaudited Financial Statements will be filed with the relevant regulators and made available to the investing public via the NGX issuers' portal on or before 23 July 2026.
In connection with the filing, Guinness Nigeria confirmed that the closed period it had earlier communicated — which restricts trading in the company's shares by insiders and their connected persons, whether directly or indirectly — remains in effect. The closed period will continue until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been formally filed.
The corporate action notice was signed by Abimbola Ajibola-Jimoh, Company Secretary, on behalf of Guinness Nigeria Plc. The company is headquartered at Cocoa Industries Road, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, and is registered on the NGX under RC 771. Its board includes directors of Nigerian, Indian, Singaporean, and Kenyan nationality.
