Guinness Nigeria Promotes Mentorship on International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day, Guinness Nigeria PLC held a panel session at its headquarters in Ogba, Lagos, aimed at discussing mentorship and inclusion in the workplace. The event brought together corporate leaders and experts to empower women and reinforce the importance of creating inclusive systems.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Girish Sharma highlighted that empowering women is not only a social responsibility but essential for building stronger organizations and communities. Olufunk Amobi, Executive Director of Operations at Stanbic IBTC Bank, delivered the keynote address, emphasizing mentorship as a key driver of leadership development.
