Gunmen Abduct Farm Manager Afolabi Ajayi in Ondo State

On Monday, gunmen abducted Afolabi Ajayi, a farm manager, at approximately 10:30 AM in Imafon, Akure North Local Government Area, Ondo State. The incident occurred when the assailants attacked the victim's poultry farm while he was checking on workers.

The gunmen forced Ajayi into their vehicle and fled into a nearby forest. Family sources reported that the kidnappers have not yet contacted them regarding a ransom.

The Ondo State Police Command, led by DSP Abayomi Jimoh, confirmed the incident and has deployed teams to the area to rescue Ajayi and apprehend the kidnappers. The police have assured the public that they are prioritizing the victim's safety and have implemented strategic operations to address the situation.
