Court Reserves Ruling on Gwarimpa Land Dispute Case

The Federal High Court in Bwari, Abuja, presided over by Justice M. Madugu, has reserved its ruling on an application filed by Tulwu Integr Ltd against the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and Aiben Properties Ltd.

The case revolves around allegations of encroachment on Tulwu Integr Ltd's property located along 5th Avenue, 52 Road, Gwarimpa II Estate, Abuja. The claimant, represented by lead counsel Godwin Sundai Ogboji SAN, sought to amend the writ of summons and statement of claim to reflect facts not captured in the original process.

The defense, represented by Mr. Ayodeji Eoyed Ademola Adeleyin, objected to the application, arguing it should not be granted as it would overreach the defense.

The court has set a judgment date to be communicated on January 6, 2026. The dispute began when Aiben Properties Ltd allegedly encroached on Tulwu Integr Ltd's land, which was originally allocated 16,000 square meters.

Tulwu Integr Ltd claims the FHA has failed to issue necessary bills for development despite approvals.
