Unilever Nigeria Reports N119.9bn Revenue, Declares Dividend

Unilever Nigeria Plc released its unaudited financial statement for the second quarter (Q2) ended June 30, 2026, reporting a revenue of N119.9 billion, which marks a 22% growth from N98.1 billion in the same period of 2025. The company achieved a gross profit of N54.7 billion, a 30% increase compared to N42.1 billion in Q2 2025.

The net profit for the period was N15.6 billion, up from N14.4 billion in the previous year. The Board approved an interim dividend of N2.00 per 50 kobo ordinary share, amounting to N11.5 billion, payable to shareholders as of July 31, 2026.

Managing Director Tobi Adeniyi stated that the company navigated a challenging environment characterized by geopolitical volatility and rising input costs while focusing on consumer service and operational excellence. He expressed confidence in Nigeria's long-term potential and the company's commitment to investing in local operations and talent development.
