HBM Nigeria Plc Declares ₦16 Interim Dividend – Q2 2026

HBM Nigeria Plc has disclosed the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on 28th July 2026, at which the Board approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. The Board also declared an interim dividend of ₦16 per ordinary share for the same quarter, subject to withholding tax deductions.
HBM Nigeria Plc (NGX: HBMNG) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of resolutions passed at its Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, 28th July 2026, in Lagos.
The Board approved two key resolutions at the meeting. First, the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 were reviewed and approved by the Board. Second, the Board declared an interim dividend of ₦16 per unit of ordinary share for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. The dividend declaration is subject to the deduction of withholding tax.
The company also disclosed the status of its Closed Period for share trading, which commenced on 1st July 2026. The Closed Period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements are released to the public, consistent with the company's Insider Trading Policy and the Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
