HCSF's Olumuyiwa Abel Engages Junior Officers on Welfare

Mr. Olumuyiwa Enitan Abel, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), reaffirmed his commitment to an open and inclusive leadership approach during an interactive engagement with junior officers at Salary Grade Level 07 and below. This event aimed to strengthen staff welfare and promote a harmonious work environment.

Abel emphasized the importance of junior officers in the Civil Service's success and encouraged them to engage constructively with management. He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the Administration’s commitment to civil servant welfare under the Renewed Hope Agenda, highlighting new welfare interventions such as the exit benefit and the Renewed Hope Mass Transit Schemes.

The Permanent Secretary, Common Services Office, Dr. Danjuma Usman Kalba, described the engagement as a valuable platform for dialogue, while Mrs. Jennifer Sharang, Director of Human Resources Management and Administration, expressed appreciation for the opportunity to connect with junior officers. The session allowed officers to share concerns and suggestions regarding their welfare.
