HCSF Olumuyiwa Enitan Abel Engages Junior Officers on Welfare

Olumuyiwa Enitan Abel, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), reaffirmed his commitment to an open and inclusive leadership approach during an engagement with junior officers on Salary Grade Level 07 and below at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF). He emphasized the importance of junior officers' voices and contributions to the effective functioning of the Service.

Abel encouraged the officers to engage constructively with management and support initiatives that prioritize the collective interest of the Service. He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the administration's commitment to civil servant welfare under the Renewed Hope Agenda, highlighting new welfare interventions like the exit benefit and the Renewed Hope Mass Transit Schemes.

The Permanent Secretary, Dr. Danjuma Usman Kalba, noted the engagement as a valuable platform for dialogue, while Mrs. Jennifer Sharang expressed appreciation for the opportunity to connect directly with junior officers.
