FG Laments Decay of Multi-Billion Naira Obasanjo Project in Abuja

The Federal Government laments the abandonment of a multi-billion naira project established during the administration of former President Obasanjo. The project, which was 70% complete and involved the government printer facility in Abuja, has been left unused for years, leading to the neglect of high-grade printing machines imported from Germany and India.

The facility's critical infrastructure, including a generator installed in 2011, remains unusable. The Ministry of Information and National Orientation aims to assess the situation and make informed decisions moving forward.
