Plateau Fulani Group Vows Legal Action Against Blame for Violence

The Concerned Plateau Fulani Forum (CPFF) in Plateau State has issued a warning to sue anyone, including government and security agencies, who blame Fulani people for violence in the region. The group expressed concern over the ethnic profiling of Fulanis in connection with violent incidents, emphasizing that such accusations aim to eradicate them from the state.

CPFF cited instances where Fulanis were unjustly blamed for attacks without considering their losses. The group's statement follows a report revealing widespread destruction in Plateau State, with over 450 communities affected by violence.

The CPFF is determined to challenge any unfounded accusations against the Fulani community through legal means.
