HEREL Limited Achieves N5.8bn Profit in FY2025

HEREL Limited, a subsidiary focused on premium real estate and hospitality, posted a pre-tax profit of N5.8 billion for the fiscal year 2025, accounting for 41% of VFD Group's total pre-tax profit of N14.1 billion. This performance surpassed other subsidiaries, including Anchoria Asset Management with N2.6 billion and VFD Tech with N1.29 billion.

HEREL's operational income reached N11.9 billion, with expenses totaling N6.1 billion, leading to a post-tax profit of N3.8 billion. VFD Group increased its stake in HEREL Limited from 82% in 2024 to 85% in 2025, reflecting confidence in the subsidiary's growth, which saw its book value rise from N21.4 billion to N28.1 billion.

The overall value of VFD Group's subsidiaries increased from N30.5 billion to N39.1 billion. HEREL's earnings per share rose to 95 kobo from 82 kobo, and the board declared a final dividend of 25 kobo per share, payable on May 25, 2026.
