Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Launches Electric Vehicle Brand

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder and President of the Loveworld Global Fellowship, unveiled a lineup of electric vehicles under the Tsion brand at an invitation-only event named The New Economy Unveiling 2026. The vehicle lineup includes the Tsion Passion, Tsion Falcon, Vision series, Vision Coupe, and OG series, with "OG" signifying "Of God." Some design elements, such as the steering wheel, were still in development during the unveiling.

The event generated significant reactions within Nigeria’s church community, with Pastor Bolaji Idowu of Harvesters International Christian Centre stating it demonstrates the church's influence extending beyond the pulpit. This initiative places Oyakhilome among a select group of clergy who have ventured into manufacturing alongside their ministries, similar to figures like Bishop David Oyedepo and Pastor Akachi Nwoke.

The move is seen as a way to create jobs and achieve financial independence from traditional church funding, indicating a shift towards integrating spiritual and business pursuits.
