Ganduje Urges Northern Governors to Invest in Technology

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the former governor of Kano State and immediate past chairman of the Progressive Congress, addressed northern governors at an event held at Tudun Maliki Special School in Kano. He emphasized the need for investment in technology and educational gadgets to assist people with disabilities, thereby reducing the prevalence of begging in Northern Nigeria.

Ganduje highlighted that such investments would facilitate easier access to technology for individuals with special needs. He called on stakeholders to adopt a human investment approach, asserting that this would significantly impact society.

The event also featured experts in disability education, federal and state government officials, staff, alumni, and students, with Ibrahim Abdukabir serving as the vice principal of the school.
