Tonto Dikeh Reflects on Her Spiritual Journey and Pastoral Aspirations

Tonto Dikeh, a Nollywood actress and evangelist, shared insights into her spiritual journey during an interview with Kikelomo Abati. She clarified that misconceptions exist regarding when she gave her life to Christ, asserting that her relationship with God began in childhood.

Dikeh revealed that she was on the verge of being ordained as a pastor at 17 years old. In January 2026, she mentioned her spiritual calling and noted that she had nearly pursued a pastoral path at 19 but ultimately chose a different direction.

Dikeh has attended church since leaving secondary school and has maintained a strong connection with God from an early age. However, she acknowledged that personal struggles and life experiences led to a temporary distance from her faith.
