I Deserve To Be At The Forefront When Presidency Is Zoned To The Southeast – Umahi

Governor Umahi of Ebonyi State has stated that he deserves to be at the forefront when the presidency is zoned to the Southeast. In a video shared on Instagram by Ebonyi 1st Choice News Media, Umahi argued that the presidency should be given to someone who can deliver results.

He also expressed his support for President Bola Tinubu's potential bid for the presidency in 2027. Umahi's declaration comes after he announced his plans to hold a summit to declare his support for Tinubu in May.

The governor praised Tinubu's administration for its focus on infrastructure development and stated that regardless of political affiliation, he supports Tinubu's leadership. Umahi believes that under Tinubu, there is a new wave of federal attention towards infrastructure development.
