I may be Nigeria’s president from Southeast in God’s time – Umahi

During a courtesy visit by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, to Ebonyi State, Minister of Works Dave Umahi expressed his belief that he may become Nigeria's president from the Southeast region in God's time. Umahi emphasized the need for the Southeast to produce a president and stated that with God's support, this goal could be achieved.

He also praised the improved economy under President Bola Tinubu's administration, citing a drop in inflation and an increase in foreign reserves. Umahi contrasted this with the current administration's efforts, noting a lack of federal presence in the region.

The former governor's comments were made in a lighthearted manner but underscored his aspirations for political leadership in Nigeria's future.
