Ronke Oshodi Oke Opens Up About Marriage Struggles

Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi Oke discussed her challenging experiences during her marriage in an interview on African A-List. She revealed that she developed high blood pressure for the first time after getting married, stating that the problems in her marriage became overwhelming.

Ronke clarified that her former husband did not physically abuse her, but the emotional and relational difficulties were significant enough to impact her health. She expressed that the pressure she faced led her to a point where she realized leaving the marriage was essential for her well-being.

Ronke stated, “I got to a point where I realized that leaving the marriage was the best decision for my well-being.” Despite the challenges, she noted that leaving did not create animosity between them, and they can still see each other and be happy, emphasizing that her experience did not completely diminish her interest in marriage.
