Beverly Osu Reveals Past Desire to Be a Reverend Sister

Beverly Osu, a Nollywood actress, disclosed during her appearance on the Creative Tea Podcast that she had once seriously contemplated joining a convent to become a reverend sister. This ambition was influenced by her Catholic upbringing, where she felt a calling to do God's work.

Osu mentioned that her interest in becoming a reverend sister grew stronger during her youth, particularly while attending the Daughter of Divine Love Junior in Enugu. She reflected on her upbringing and experiences in different parts of Lagos, including Surulere, Yaba, and Ojuelegba, which shaped her early life.

Osu expressed her love for cleanliness and meticulousness, traits she associated with the life of a reverend sister. She recalled that during her school years, the idea of joining the convent became a serious consideration for her, as she envisioned herself following that path.
