ICPC Clarifies El-Rufai's Detention, Case Adjourned

The ICPC's application, filed on March 6, 2026, sought to overturn a remand order granted on March 5, 2026, which allowed for a 14-day investigation into allegations of money laundering and abuse of office.

The ICPC emphasized its compliance with court directives and the need to provide progress reports, while cautioning against misinformation circulating on social media regarding El-Rufai's detention.
