After a night out at a club, a woman he had taken to his hotel room snapped a photo of him while he was asleep and posted it on social media. This led to a wave of backlash, with calls from his family, including his father and sisters, expressing concern for his well-being.

Davido admitted that he was young and naive at the time, struggling to manage the pressures of fame and set boundaries. He expressed that if he had seen a balcony that day, he might have jumped, highlighting the severity of his mental state.

This experience ultimately taught him the importance of protecting his reputation and establishing personal boundaries as a celebrity.
