Igwe De MC Celebrates 20 Years with UK Show "Jokes Apart"

Igwe De MC, known as Henri Okwudilichukwu Ugwok, is celebrating 20 years in the entertainment industry with a landmark show titled "Jokes Apart," scheduled for July 25 at Novotel Southampton in the United Kingdom. The event will showcase a lineup of no fewer than 22 top Nigerian comedians and DJs, including Seyi Law, Deacon, Famou, Sir On, Twocantok, Franchez, Lyric Unku, Sp Lafin, Ga Warri Bro, Ndfunni, Tripl U, and DJ Oma, among others.

Ugwok described the debut event in England as a reflection of his passion and resilience in the entertainment industry, marking significant growth over the years. Despite his medical background in radiography and radiological sciences from the University of Nigeria, he has maintained a strong passion for entertainment.

Igwe De MC began his career as an event host in 2005 and has served as a brand ambassador for several companies. He has also contributed to the growth of entertainment in Enugu State and has hosted numerous events across Nigeria.
