Ihedioha Defects from PDP to Join ADC in Imo State, Emphasizes Grassroots Politics

Former Imo State Governor Ihedioha officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Imo State, leaving the People's Democratic Party (PDP). He registered with the ADC on January 12, 2026, at the Mbutu Ward in Aboh Mbais Local Government Area.

Ihedioha's decision to join the ADC was based on the party's principles of serving the people. The registration ceremony was attended by various community leaders and party officials, including prominent figures like Obinna Opara and James Okoroma.
