Ilechukwu to Decide Future with Enugu Rangers Post Unity Cup

Ilechukwu, the current coach of Enugu Rangers, is set to determine his future with the club after the Unity Cup. He has guided Rangers to two league titles in three seasons, including their ninth Nigeria Premier Football League crown.

Following a recent 2-1 victory over Ikorodu City, Rangers are in a position to chase rivals Rivers United, who defeated Katsina United 3-0, to secure the title with 68 points. Ilechukwu's contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and he acknowledged the uncertainty surrounding his future, stating, "I’m not saying I’m going to stay; I’m not saying I’m not going to stay." He joined Rangers ahead of the 2023-24 season after spending two years with Plateau United.
