Nigerian singer Speed Darlington has announced a reward of N5 million for any woman willing to bear his child, a significant increase from the N3 million he previously offered two years ago when he was unable to find a suitable partner. In a video shared on his Instagram page, he stated that his preference lies with non-Igbo women, despite being of Igbo descent himself.

Darlington emphasized that he is not interested in marriage and only seeks to have a child, stating, "I don’t want marriage, I just want a child." He specified that he is looking for women aged 20 to 24 who are interested in his offer and encouraged potential candidates to contact him directly.
