I’m Not Aware There Is Going To Be PDP National Convention In Ibadan – Wike

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, expressed his lack of awareness regarding the upcoming PDP National Convention in Ibadan, despite the approval by the PDP National Executive Committee (NEC) and the declaration by the FCT Minister in an interview with Channels Television. Wike denied reports of planning a parallel convention and stated that he was not informed about the convention date agreed upon by the PDP NEC.

The convention is scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday, November 15-16, 2025, in Ibadan, Oyo State. The party has also announced the composition of the committee tasked with overseeing the organization of the 2025 elective national convention.
