Lagos State Government Launches Immunization Campaign with Ojodu LCDA Support

Chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Hon Olusegun Odumbaku, has expressed support for the Public Health Centre Task Force set up by the Lagos State government to carry out a vaccination campaign. The task force aims to ensure successful immunization within the council area, focusing on preventing diseases like polio.

Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat, emphasized the importance of grassroots-level immunization and urged council chairmen to prioritize healthcare budgets. Odumbaku pledged collaboration to ensure children in Ojodu LCDA are immunized.

The initiative seeks to enhance public health and combat communicable diseases effectively at the local level.
