INEC Begins Distribution of Election Materials for Anambra Poll

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced the distribution of election materials in Anambra state ahead of the governorship election. The exercise began with tight security in place at INEC's Awka headquarters.

Queen Agwu supervised the distribution alongside commission police. There are 16 candidates vying for the governorship position, including Chukwuma Soludo of APGA, Nichola Ukachukwu of APC, Paul Chukwuma of YPP, Georg Moghalu of LP, and Jude Ezenwafor of PDP.

INEC confirmed over 2.8 million registered voters across 5,718 polling units in the state.
