Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank declares dividend and bonus shares

Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (NGX: INFINITY) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of resolutions reached at its Board of Directors meeting held on February 10, 2026, at its registered office in Garki, Abuja.

The Board approved a proposed dividend of 35 kobo per ordinary share for the 2025 financial year, subject to ratification at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also approved a bonus share issue on a one-to-one (1:1) basis, meaning shareholders would receive one additional share for every share held, subject to AGM ratification and regulatory approval.

The Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, alongside the Management letter, were approved by the Board to be forwarded to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for regulatory approval.

The AGM has been proposed for May 21, 2026.

Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. Obasegun Adetokunbo Oni as a Non-Executive Director, pending CBN approval. Dr. Oni holds over 25 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity, and brings certifications including CISSP, CCSP, and CISA to the board.
