InfraCredit and First Electric Partner to Boost Clean Energy Infrastructure in Nigeria

InfraCredit, in collaboration with First Electric Power Automation Services Limited, has facilitated the mobilization of local currency debt for a clean energy infrastructure project in Nigeria. The project, supported by the UK Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) and British International Investment (BII), aims to construct a mesh grid electricity network across Gombe, Nasarawa, and Ondo State.

This initiative is expected to electrify approximately 5,156 households and small businesses, create 616 jobs, and contribute to Nigeria's universal electrification goal. The partnership underscores a commitment to bridging Nigeria's energy gap through innovative infrastructure solutions.
