Tinubu Inaugurates New Road to Boost Abuja Infrastructure

On Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu inaugurated a newly constructed collector road and bridge linking Bodi and Bencher in Abuja, underscoring that infrastructure serves as a vital catalyst for attracting investment and fostering economic growth. Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, stated that every new road built opens communities, creates jobs, and expands business opportunities.

The project, executed by the Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, aligns with the administration's promise to deliver tangible infrastructure rather than half-hearted efforts. This road is part of a broader transport network, including the recent flag-off of the extension of Ring Road III, aimed at connecting districts and alleviating traffic congestion.

Wike expressed gratitude for the financial flexibility granted to the Federal Capital Territory by Tinubu, which is essential for executing critical infrastructure projects. The inauguration marks the 21st project completed as part of the FCT's 31-day commissioning program.
