Tinubu: Road Projects Revitalize Nigeria's Economy

President Bola Tinubu stated that the ongoing road infrastructure projects are injecting life back into Nigeria's economy. He made these remarks on Monday during the commissioning of a newly rehabilitated and expanded road at the Karu interchange, near the Custom Clinic junction in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

This project is part of activities marking the third anniversary of Tinubu's administration. Vice President Kashim Shettima represented the President at the ceremony.

Tinubu described the road project as a fulfillment of his administration's commitment to ease urban congestion and improve the quality of life for residents, aligning with the "Renewed Hope Agenda." He noted that the latest road project demonstrates the government's commitment to delivering critical infrastructure, which is essential for stimulating economic activity in the area. The road network is designed with safety in mind, and modern solar-powered streetlights have been installed along the corridor to enhance visibility and improve security for motorists, particularly at night.
